The Mini-est of Mini-Reunions

Near Chicago O'Hare Airport

That is, only Howie Bridges and John Davis attended. Quite understandable since this mini-est of mini-reunions only happened because John had an unplanned overnight in the O'Hare area (courtesy of United Airlines). Stuck in the hotel getto near ORD, John called called Howie to see if he was available to drive up for dinner/drinks ... which he was. Bingo! Instant mini-reunion.

Howie then called Jay Owen to invite him the join the "group", but for some reason Jay couldn't get back to Chicago from Florida on a one-hour notice. Go figure. So it was just Howie and John. However, Jay did attend in spirit briefly via cell phone.

After dinner, the two guys stopped at a random pub, where John took the following picture of Howie …

Then the bartenderess was asked to take a picture of the two of them. For all her other ... ahem ... attributes, being a photographer was NOT one of them. Anyway, here's the image, showing our intrepid Co-Webmaster and Mini-Reunion Chair at the conclusion of the evening. (Well, maybe poor quality of the image was more due to the bad light and non-flash iPhone taking the picture ... or the fact that it was the conclusion of the evening!)
